INGREDIENTS: (serves FOUR)
- 1 sheet of puff pastry
- 1 pint blackberries
- 1 TBS Sugar
- Butter to grease pan
HOW
TO PREPARE:
- Grease pan with butter
- Place puff pastry on pan and arrange blackberries in middle, leave ~ ½ inch on all sides
- Sprinkle with Sugar
- Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes until berries release their juice and pastry is golden brown
