Easy & Rustic Blackberry Tart







INGREDIENTS: (serves FOUR)
  • 1 sheet of puff pastry
  • 1 pint blackberries
  • 1 TBS Sugar
  • Butter to grease pan
HOW TO PREPARE:
  • Grease pan with butter
  • Place puff pastry on pan and arrange blackberries in middle, leave ~ ½ inch on all sides
  • Sprinkle with Sugar
  • Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes until berries release their juice and pastry is golden brown
